Shipping & Returns

Being the ordered items in stock, the goods shall be shipped within 5 business days of order date. Unless otherwise specified, we will use your billing address as your shipping address.All orders are shipped via FedEx courier or similar.

International Customers please read CAREFULLY:
Endian is not responsible for orders after leaving our warehouses. We are not responsible for Duties and Customs. Before placing an International order, please check with your Government Authorities and make sure that the product you are ordering is Legal in your country. We are not responsible for finding and informing you about your country’s Customs regulations. We are not responsible for any confiscations done by your Government for any reason whatsoever. We are not responsible for contacting customs in your country in attempt to locate a package. If your order was confiscated by your government, you will not receive a refund on your order. Please make sure you understand our policies and e-mail us if you have any questions.

Return/Refund Policy

Hardware appliances
Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds on products with original package only and valid purchase invoice.
No refunds on damaged or partially used products. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping fees on refunds will be at your charge unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. Wrong product).

Software appliances
Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of license.

Hardware Replacement: RMA

In case of hardware failure contact our Support on help.endian.com to validate the hardware issue. If confirmed you will receive the RMA form to fill out. Wait for RMA Authorization Number and return instructions from Endian Administration office.

If covered by hardware warranty, the shipment cost of the replacement unit/part will be at Endian’s expense.

If you your appliance is under warranty, RMA will be handled in the following way:
STANDARD MAINTENANCE (end of sales service): Replacement service – Return to Factory mode
PREMIUM MAINTENANCE: Hot Replacement service. A replacement unit is shipped as soon as the RMA is authorized.

If your appliance is out of warranty, RMA will be handled in the following way:

  • Return to Factory mode
  • analysis of the failure
  • quotation
  • repair or replacement (at customer's charge)
  • shipment at customer expenses

DOA (Dead-on-arrival): if your Endian appliance is Dead On Arrival you must contact our Support and get acknowledgement within 7 days. Wait for RMA Authorization Number and return instructions from Endian Administration office.

Warranty terms and conditions

  • Hardware Warranty: According to Endian Service License Agreement
  • RMA services (both under or out of warranty) are guaranteed until the appliance's End Of Life date.
