Sales, Marketing

The Sales department is the primary direct interface of Endian to the market. The main responsibilities are to engage with potential and current customers, supply information about our technologies and teach our customers and resellers how to use and sell our products. In addition, the Sales department oversees business development, works closely with Marketing to define strategies and helps to manage and define company and product training activities.

  • Sales Operations

    Sales Operations is a crucial function that supports the Business Unit Sales and ensures that the sales process is as efficient and effective as possible.
    This role focuses on managing and streamlining sales processes, providing data-driven insights, handling sales tools and systems, and optimizing sales performance. The goal is to enable the sales team to focus on selling by optimizing administrative burdens, improving workflows, and providing strategic support.

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Operations & Inside Sales process:
      • Arrange offers and quotations to Customers based on products, price lists and business model and manage Sales Orders.
      • Analyze and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
      • Develop and implement best practices for the sales team to follow, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    2. CRM and Sales Tools Management:
      • Lead management through the use of CRM systems to track sales activity and performance.
      • Evaluate, implement, and manage other sales-related tools and software, such as sales enablement platforms, lead scoring systems, etc.
    3. Sales Data Management & Reporting:
      • Gather, analyze, and elaborate sales data (e.g., lead conversion rates, pipeline performance, and sales revenue) to provide actionable insights.
      • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    4. Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management:
      • Work closely with the sales team to forecast sales and pipeline performance accurately.
      • Provide insight into future sales trends based on historical data and market conditions.
      • Help sales leadership make informed decisions about resource allocation and sales strategies.
    5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
      • Work closely with administration, marketing, support, and partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the sales strategy.
      • Communicate regularly with leadership to share insights, discuss performance, and recommend adjustments to strategies.
    Required Skills and Competencies:
    1. Analytical Skills:
      • Strong ability to analyze and interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
      • Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets and Docs).
    2. Organizational Skills:
      • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
      • Ability to collaborate across Business Units and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
    3. Language and Communication Skills:
      • Italian and English fluent in speaking and writing.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both internal teams and leadership.
      • Ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations to sales leadership and other stakeholders.
    4. Process Improvement & Efficiency:
      • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on streamlining sales processes.
      • Experience in process optimization, workflow automation, and the implementation of best practices.
    5. Attention to Detail:
      • Accuracy in data entry, report generation, and the management of complex systems.
      • Ensuring that all sales processes and tools are functioning properly.
    6. Administration Knowledge (preferred):
      • Understanding of the sales cycle, sales strategies, and the challenges faced by sales teams.
      • Ability to work closely with sales leaders to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
      • Understanding of administration needs for quotes, offers and negotiations for a close interaction between BUs.

  • Support Engineer

  • Software Engineer (Backend Python)

    We are looking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain our EndianOS platform.

    To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team.

    Responsibilities
    • Write effective, scalable code

    • Writing and testing code for our APIs

    • Assure the code has full and comprehensive testing coverage

    • Package our code into rpm packages and images using Yocto

    • Test and debug programs running in EndianOS

    • Improve functionality of existing solutions

    • Implement security and data protection solutions

    • Coordinate with the team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Consolidated experience (3+ years) as a Python Developer

    • Proved Linux administration skills (systemctl, journal, iptables, networking analysis and debugging)

    • Expertise with FastAPI framework, and pydantic data validation

    • Expertise with Tox, unit-testing and integration-testing concepts

    • Expertise with Git

    • Adaptability to Pep8 and tools for standard coding

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
